One of the flats in Black Swan Terrace, the same group of buildings in which The Weaver’s House stands, will shortly be available to rent (from 1st November 2023, £675 per month)
It is located a few minutes walk from Coventry city centre. This nineteenth century part of the terrace (Court 34) was previously in a ruined state and was rebuilt as part of the restoration of the terrace in the early twenty-first century.
Two bedroom flat on two levels.
Downstairs (ground floor) kitchen area.
Upstairs: living room, bathroom with bath and shower fitted over, double bedroom and smaller single bedroom.
White goods and utility bills not included. Sorry, no pets.
Access to communal garden space.
