News: Two chances to catch the Weavers’ Workshop in late September
If you’d like to find out a bit more about the Weavers’ Workshop, or weaving in general, there are two chances next week:
The Weavers will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning here at The Weaver’s House on Thursday 29 September 11am-3pm. There will be homemade cakes to have with a cuppa, or take home.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to have a go at weaving. There will also be a “Pop-up Wool Shop”, and some fun competitions.
All proceeds will go to Macmillan.
Also, on Friday 30 September some of the group will be at Older People’s Day at Coventry Central Library. The event runs from 10am until 2pm and includes information stalls, craft demonstrations, and free tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the event. Find out more here.
